Garden Club

Garden Club Striking and Grappling provides quality instruction in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), NO GI BJJ and Striking and Grappling in Warsash for men, women and children. Our club members enjoy a great team atmosphere, whilst benefiting from precision and technical training with our head coach in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Adam Fyfe. Our classes are designed to cater for everyone, from a first time student setting foot on the mat to our more advanced students that are competing at National tournaments, enabling everyone to learn, develop, progress and have fun.
